ORDER

Despite the matter is posted today for the appearance of both parties for reporting settlement, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the respondent is present. Though the parties have stated that they have arrived at a settlement, the counsel for the petitioner could not make the petitioner's presence even on last hearing. Having regard to the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is unable to give any indulgence to the petitioner. Hence, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
