This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.2164 of 2026 dated 04.02.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation in this case is completed and charge sheet has also been filed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
