ORDER

By filing this petition, the petitioner seeks direction against the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and his family member repeatedly and frequently with regard to taking over possession and enjoyment of the said temple Arulmigh Petchiammal Deity situated at Kumbbikulam, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District Survey Nos.991(5) and 991(6).

2. I have considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the order against the respondents 1 and 2, not to harass the petitioner is not permissible under law.

3. The police officials has to act legally. The police acted beyond his hope of law and legality. The petitioner is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.8470 of 2022 take legal action against the concerned police officials to exceed his limit.

For the above said reasons, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
