ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1737 of 2026 on 30.01.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition for 16 days and the fact that the investigation is pending, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday, until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
