ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner / wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.112 of 2017 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Pollachi, Coimbatore District to the file of the Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for both sides that the matter has been settled in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench and they have also filed Mutual Consent Deed, dated 15.03.2018, reflecting the terms and conditions, out of which one of the terms is to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.112 of 2017 and to file a petition for divorce with mutual consent. The Mutual Consent Deed, dated 15.03.2018, shall form part and parcel of the order. The parties shall adhere to the terms and conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
