This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash F.I.R in Crime No.266 of 2017 dated 21.04.2017 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. The prayer of the petitioners is to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 266 of 2017 and already the first respondent police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court and as per F.I.R, there are specific allegations to constitute the offences, therefore it is for the petitioners to challenge the final report, if they are aggrieved.
