This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order of the second respondent Ordinary Meeting No.83, dated 26.10.2015, Resolutions Serial Nos.39, 60, 61, 62, 63 & 64 and to direct the second and third respondents to allot the disputed tenders in favour of the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. There is no representation for respondents 6 to 8.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is reported by the learned counsel on either side that the prayer sought for, in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.
4. In view of the above submissions, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
