Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 25.03.2021 in Letter No. 1285/H3/2015 on the file of the second respondent and quash same and further directing the respondents to waive the lease amount from 15.12.2015 to 20.03.2016, 12.07.2018 to 14.12.2018 and from March, 2020 onwards and further to extend the lease period for another six years.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the impugned order dated 25.03.2021 and consequently to direct the respondents to waive the lease amount from 15.12.2015 to 20.03.2016, 12.07.2018 to 14.12.2018 and from March, 2020 onwards and further to extend the lease period for another six years.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of, considering the fact that there is arbitration clause in the agreement. It is needless to state that this Writ Petition be considered as the commencement of the arbitral proceedings, since the dispute has been set out and the same has also been countered by the respondents. The parties also do not have any serious objection to the same. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
