Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to supersede the present committee of the Madurai Bar Association and appoint a Special Officer, who would be a retired High Court Judge, authorizing him to constitute a new committee in accordance with the Rules and Bye-laws of the Madurai Bar Association and to take such action as may be required in the interest of Madurai Bar Association.
