ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the the 1st respondent to conduct the enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's petition dated 28.02.2023 and 21.03.2023 for revoking of cancellation of Power deeds dated 08.02.2023 in D.No.1332/2023 and D.No. 1324/2023 before the 2nd respondent.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's petitions and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
