This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 14.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared before the Enquiry Officer. Some of the counter parties did not appeared and the petitioner has given an undertaking that he will settle the issue through the court proceedings. On the basis of the said undertaking, further action was dropped.

3. Since further action has been dropped, on the basis of the undertaking, nothing survives for further consideration. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 05.06.2023 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No 2/4
