The petitioner in HMOP.No.45 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tuticorin, seeks an expeditious disposal of his case. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2. This Court is not aware of the work load of the said Court. However, taking note of the fact that it is the matrimonial proceedings and the prayer for nullity has been sought for, the Court below is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.45 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

3. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
