ORDER

The limited prayer of the petitioners is for a direction to the respondent to consider their representation dated 02.12.2019 and consequently, direct the respondent to conduct elections to the Jumma Thozhugai Pallivasal, Samayanallur, as sought vide representation dated 17.02.2023, in accordance with law, after preparing the eligible voter's list and publish.

2. Considering the limited prayer that is sought for in this writ petition, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
