Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.VINOTH, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had filed an anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18332 of 2018, then this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.

2.It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners hail from the same family and it is very difficult for them to find 10 sureties for the entire family. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the same, this Court modifies the order to the extent that each petitioners to execute the bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one surety each (totally 5 sureties) for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
