This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to re-allot a Shop in new panchayat building constructed in New Kamarajar Bus Stand, Thingalnagar to the petitioner by considering his representation, dated 18.05.2021.

2. Heard M/s.S.Ragaventhre, the Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.B.Saravanan, the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the material documents available on record.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that, pending writ petition, the respondents have conducted auction and the highest bidder has been allotted the shop and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 2/4

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ petition is closed. No Costs.
