ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to conduct proper investigation upon her complaint dated 23.03.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner's son was found missing the present complaint has been lodged before the respondent police. It was stated that his son fell in love with Nandhini, which is not accepted by the petitioner. Fearing life threat at the hands of the parents, now they are residing in some where else. Even now, the petitioner's son present before this Court and he says that he is apprehending threat. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the above said Nandhini was already married with another man and the fact was also known to the son. They advised him to discontinue the relationship, but he has not. 3.Since the missing person has appeared before this Court in person, let the above said complaint given by the petitioner be closed. 2/4

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
