This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents particularly, the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner by making illegal demand of gratification to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- under the guise of non-registration of a case without any complaint forthwith.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against the petitioner herein and hence, there is no question of harassing him by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry.
