The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner. Based on the complaint given by the private respondent, the respondents have conducted a Current Paper enquiry against the petitioner and now the same is also closed.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
