O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.DHANDAPANI, J.] The present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce her husband viz., Sathiyaraj, son of Thangam, aged about 29 years, who is illegally detained by the third respondent, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Upon notice, the respondent-Police produced the detenu Sathiyaraj before this Court.

3. On enquiry, the detenu Sathiyaraj submitted that he is not in illegal detention, as alleged by the petitioner.

4. Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. However, the Law Enforcing Agency is directed to proceed with the criminal case in Crime No.67 of 2023 in accordance with law. [M.D.I., J.] [R.V., J.] 04.05.2023 (1⁄2) NCC :
