ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 12.03.2014. The relationship between them appears to have come under strain. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.168 of 2017 before the Sub Court, Kovilpatti for divorce. The petitioner is a woman. She has a young male child to take care. Therefore, it will be difficult for the petitioner to go over from Sattur to Kovilpatti to contest the proceedings.

2. Therefore, considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws H.M.O.P.No.168 of 2017 from the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti and transfers the same to Sub Court, Sivakasi. The Sub Court, Kovilpatti is directed to transfer the entire records in H.M.O.P.No.168 of 2017 to the transferee Court forthwith.
