This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorari to calling for records pursuant to the order passed by the 1st Respondent in Na.ka.No.A6/7334/2012 dated 10.01.2014 and quash the same. For petitioner : Mr.M.Subash Babu For R.1&2 : Mr.N.Manoharan Spl.Govt.Pleader For R.3 : Mr.V.Sitharanjandas For R.4 to 12 : No apperance W.P.(MD).No.1020 of 2015: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal pending before him in Appeal No. A5-7334-2012.

COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in both the Writ Petitions are one and the same, they are taken up together and disposed of by a common order.

2. Though the learned Counsel for the petitioner in both the Writ Petitions has sought for a larger relief in the Writ Petitions, when the matters are taken up for hearing, he confined his submission to the extent of disposing of his appeal, within a time frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the private parties, to which, the learned Counsel appearing for the otherside, has no objection in considering the same. Further, he would bring to the notice of this court that an appeal on the subject matter is already pending before the authorities concerned, wherein, interim orders are also passed.

3. Therefore, in order to give quietus to this matter, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as well as the other rival groups, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending disposal, the interim order already granted shall continue.

4. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
