The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.689/2020 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, enquiry conducted by the first respondent and the same was closed as 'action dropped' on 03.09.2021. The referred charge sheet also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil.
