This Criminal Miscellaneous petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.RC(MD)No.907/2022 dated 25.11.2022. Prayer in CRL RC(MD).No.907 of 2022 :

This Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397(1) and 401 of Cr.P.C., praying to set aside the impugned order passed by Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai in Crl.M.P.Nos. 1158 and 1189 of 2022, in case OR No.1/2022-AIU-MDU, dated 13.07.2022 and enlarge the revision petitioner on statutory bail, by allowing this revision.

(*Prayer amended as per order of this Court, dated 24.11.2022) ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. Asif Mohamed, Advocate for the Petitioner, Mr.C.Arul Vadivel @ Sekar, Standing Counsel for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16038 of 2022 in Crl.R.C. (MD)No.907 of 2022 dated 22.12.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that now the case is pending in C.C.No.881 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act cases, Madurai. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.5985 of 2023 3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

4.Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
