Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry based on his representation, dated 02.06.2020 against the 5th respondent for misused their official position as the president of the 2nd respondent panchayat and complete the same within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry based on his representation, dated 02.06.2020 against the 5th respondent for misused their official position as the President of the 2nd respondent Panchayat.

2. Heard Mr.R.Sureshkumar, the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the material documents available on record.

3. The petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 02.06.2020 to complete the enquiry. The 5th respondent is possessing official position as President of the 2nd respondent Panchayat.

4. This Court without going into the merits of the case, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.06.2020 and pass orders, within a period of Eight weeks, from the date of receipt a copy of the order.
