O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to take suitable action against the above accused and consequently provide adequate police protection for the life and limbs of the petitioner and his workmen based on his complaint dated 27.03.2016.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint dated 27.03.2016 preferred by the petitioner has been closed, on the ground that the matter pertains to civil in nature.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has specifically pointed out that even though the matter is of civil in nature and the same can be decided only by the civil forum, there is a threat from the proposed accused persons to the life and limb of the petitioner and his workmen that is sought to be prevented by the respondents 1 & 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent, seeking police protection to his life and limb and on

receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
