The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the respondents to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 07.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents that on 17.04.2016 a case has been registered in Crime No.187 of 2016, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 379 and 506(1) I.P.C., on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.03.2016. The said statement is recorded.
