connection with the case in Crime No.3 of 2024 for the offence under Section 7 r/w. Sections 8, 17 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Sections 448, 294(b) and 506 (i) I.P.C., has filed this petition, seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and misbehaved with her.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent raised objections that the victim girl in this case is aged about 14 years and the petitioner is having yet another previous case of similar in nature.

5. Considering the nature of case and considering the fact that the petitioner is having one previous case of similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
