O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) enabling the respondents to issue license in his favor for running his spa, namely, "Rainbow Ayurvedic and Spa" at Door No.35/1, Senthuran Park Hotel 2nd Floor, Near Railway Station, Old RMS Road, Town Nagal Nagar, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2025.

According to the petitioner, he is running a business of spa in the name and style of "Rainbow Ayurvedic and Spa" at Senthuran Park Hotel 2nd Floor, Dindigul District and he already sent a representation on 15.03.2025 by requesting No Objection Certificate to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner sent a representation on 15.03.2025, but no educational certificate was enclosed. Therefore, if the petitioner appears in-person and produced all the Page No. 2 of 5

necessary documents, then they will consider the same in accordance with law.

Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 12.04.2025 and thereafter, the second respondent has to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days.

5. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
