2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint lodged by one Charles against the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. A copy of the closure report has been filed before this Court.
