O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to issue license in favour of the petitioner for running "Blue Ocean and Spa" at Suthanthir Hotel 3rd Floor, Co-operative Nagar, Dindigul District and consequently, to direct the respondent nos.1 and 2 to issue No Objection Certificate (NOC) by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he is running a business of spa in the name and style of "Blue Ocean and Spa" at Suthanthir Hotel 3rd Floor, Co-operative Nagar, Dindigul District and he already sent a representation on 15.03.2025 by requesting No Objection Certificate to the first respondent, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, he has filed this petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner sent a representation on 15.03.2025, but no educational certificate was enclosed. Therefore, if the petitioner appears in-person and produced all the necessary documents, then they will consider the same in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the first respondent on 13.04.2025 and thereafter, the first respondent has to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days.

5. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
