Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw the CMA.No. 24 of 2015 on the file of the Learned Principal District Court cum Cooperative Tribunal, Thanjavur and transfer the same to the Learned Principal District Court, Pudukkottai.

ORDER: This Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G. Gomathisankar, Advocate for the Petitioner, and in view of reasons given by the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, the Court made the following order:

This Court, by an order dated 19.09.2017, in TR.CMP(MD)No.441 of 2017, directed the Principal District Court cum Co- operative Tribunal, Thanjavur to dispose of the C.M.A.No.24 of 2015, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ period of Six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur has sent a letter dated 11.04.2018, seeking three months time to dispose of the C.M.A.No.24 of 2015.

3. Considering the request made by the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, the time is extended for a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and no further time will be granted.
