JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The issue is with respect to the entitlement of medical reimbursement for the treatment undertaken.
2. Inasmuch as the Rules governing applicable to the Government is also being followed by the TANGEDCO and there are proceedings concerning the release of amount, we are inclined to set aside the order of the learned single Judge by directing the impleaded respondent to pass appropriate orders by taking note of the relevant Rules governing, such as Medical Attendance Rules. Appropriate steps will have to be taken within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands allowed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
