ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 03.04.2016. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.573 of 2017 before the Family Court, Madurai for divorce.

2.The petitioner is based in Tirunelveli. Therefore, it would be difficult for her to go over to Madurai and contest the proceedings. Hence, in the interest of justice, H.M.O.P.No.573 of 2017 is withdrawn from the Family Court, Madurai and transferred to the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

3.The respondent need not appear before the Family Court, Tirunelveli in person on all occasions. He shall appear only on hearing dates and counselling dates and on those dates, when his examination as witness is necessary. The respondent can appear on all other hearing dates through his counsel. 4.This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
