ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 542 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition. 2.

This Court vide order dated 28.02.2024 had directed the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Respondent on or before 14.03.2024. Though extension of time was granted to the Petitioner on 14.03.2024, 25.03.2024, the said amount has not been paid till date and there is no acceptable explanation for granting any further time in that regard. In fine, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P. (MD) SR 24829 of 2022 is rejected in SR stage itself. No costs.
