This petition has been filed for a direction to quash the case in Crime No.7/2013 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the 1st respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.7/2013 has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Karur and the same has been returned for certain compliances. Since investigation has been completed, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to represent the chargesheet within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after complying with the returns. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
