JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN.,J) This Writ Appeal is directed against the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.22593 of 2018 dated 12.11.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The appellant was originally disqualified from the respondent Society. Challenging the said order, the appellant filed a writ petition in W.P(MD)No. 22593 of 2018. Since the writ petition was dismissed by giving certain directions, subsequently, the appellant has also filed an appeal before the appropriate authority and the same is pending.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ appeal and therefore, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous by confirming the order passed by the learned Single Judge. However, the competent authority is directed to dispose the appeal pending with them within a period of three months from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to all the parties on merits and in accordance with law. All the parties are at liberty to take all their grounds and defense as the case may be, in the appeal before the competent authority. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
