ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 91 days, however, on payment of costs.
4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
