ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry into the false complaint given by the de-facto complainant.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint lodged by Santhya, the wife of the first petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. A copy of the closure report has been filed before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
