O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that on receipt of the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police conducted an enquiry and registered a case in crime No.547 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 448 and 427 IPC against the petitioners.

If any direction is issued, at this stage, in favor of the petitioners, it will amount to interference with the investigation conducted by the respondent police. Therefore, for the reasons stated above, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
