Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.However, the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor has represented that there are connected cases pending and this case has to be tag along with other cases.

3.Since the petitioner himself wants to withdraw this petition, this Court grants permission to withdraw this petition by recording the 2/4
