(Crime No. 288/ 2020 ) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of the FIR in Crime No.788 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 and consequently file final report before the learned II Additional Sessions Court(PCR) Tirunelveli within the time limit that may be Stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of the FIR in Crime No.788 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 and consequently file final report before the learned II Additional Sessions Court (PCR) Tirunelveli within the time limit that may be Stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.788 of 2020 and also filed final report before the concerned Court as 'Mistake of Fact'.
