O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.181 of 2016.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the Police have completed the investigation and have filed a closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabhapuram.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that when he applied for a copy of the closure report, the learned Magistrate had returned the copy application on the ground that no final report is filed before the said Court. 4.There shall be a direction to the respondent Police to follow up with the Court below and get the closure report properly filed before the said Court within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
