2.The writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 17.05.2023 and 13.12.2023 and appoint his son, namely P.C.N.A. Riyaz Ahamed as a Joint Muthuavalli of Haji P.C. Naina Mohamed Chinna Masjid Manbaul Hasanath Madarasa Dharmam, Mohammediar Street, Vedasandur at Chettinayakkanpatti, Dindigul.

3.Although the petitioner has sought for wider relief, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 17.05.2023 and 13.12.2023 and dispose of 2/4

the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
