ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1069 of 2026 dated 22.01.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions, and the fact that the investigation in this case is almost complete, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
