ORDER

The petitioner, who is the wife of the respondent has filed this transfer petition with the prayer to withdraw the H.M.O.P. No.2175 of 2017 on the file of the learned I Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the Sub-Court, Pattukkottai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the respective parties, who were present before this Court in-person along with their respective counsel, have submitted that they have amicably resolved the issue among themselves and have also produced a joint memo of compromise in proof of their amicable settlement, which was duly signed by the parties and their counsel.

3. In view of the amicable settlement between the parties and also taking into account the fact that the petitioner has filed this petition for transfer, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise memo, with the following directions:

i) the learned I Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai is directed to decree the petition in H.M.O.P. No.2175 of 2017 filed by the respondent/husband for declaration of the marriage as null and void, on the basis of the compromise entered into between the parties during pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

presence of both the parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ii) The compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
