ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for 1/4

the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) of BNS and Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000, in Crime No.21 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to obtain Royal Enfield Motor cycles dealership, the defacto complainant transferred a sum of amount of Rs.16,50,000/- to the petitioner's account in different instalments. Subsequently, the defacto complainant came to know that he was cheated by the petitioner. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they were falsely implicated in this case and they are in no way connected in the above said incident. They have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocat (Crl. Side) would submit that the offence is grave in nature. The petitioners cheated the amount to the tune of Rs. 16,50,000/-. Investigation is pending. The petitioners have 29 previous cases similar in nature. Hence, opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the 2/4

petitioners.

5. Considering the rival submissions made on either side, considering the nature of allegation, and that the petitioners are having so many previous cases similar in nature, investigation is also still pending, I am declined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
