O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from carrying out any construction in the petitioner's land in Survey No.474/19, Patta No.1528 to the extent of 7.50 acres at Senkeerai Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for 1st and 2nd respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, i.e.,

17.07.2017, it has been reported by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the prayer has become infructuous, as the proposed construction has been carried out in some other place. This statement has not been refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Such being the case, no further orders is required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
