[Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.] This Writ Appeal has been filed by the appellant as against the order dated 02.08.2018. in W.P.(MD).No.20759 of 2017.

2. For grant of loan filed by the respondent for the academic year 2016-2020, the writ petition has been filed and this Court has passed the order on 02.08.2018, which was subsequently stayed at the time of the admission of this writ appeal. However, the academic year was over in 2020 itself.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant has not disputed the said fact.

4. The order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court was subsequently stayed at the time of admission of this appeal. However, the academic year has over in the year 2020 itself. Hence, nothing survives

for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
