PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to issue birth certificate based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2021 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. petitioner dated 26.04.2021, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the issuance of birth certificate.

2.In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has to resort to the procedure that is prescribed under the Registration of Births and Deaths Act and file an application in a proper format along with the relevant documents a before the concerned authority. Without resorting to this procedure, a mere representation made to the second respondent will in no way help the petitioner. Except giving this clarity, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
