ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent herein to not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without any complaint against this petitioner, frequent trouble has been made by the second respondent by visiting his house.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no complaint has been received against this petitioner so far and no enquiry is also pending against him.

4.Since there is no complaint against this petitioner, question of harassment does not arise.
